Could you give me a rough ballpark number on the time horizon we'd be looking at with rigorous daily training?

It's difficult to give a time frame for results. The reason is due to this Erection Training being so very different from any other type of fitness training - because we are also involving the mind too. To rigorously train and go hard at it - will help the physical, but can be counter-productive to the psychological aspects. Our mind, feelings and emotions are as big a part of the picture - they combine with the physical body to give strong erections, and can be very sensitive and as you know - are incredibly individual.

Erection Coaching can definitely help you to get back what you once had! Being relatively young and healthy means the chances that you'll get some great gains are high. The likelihood of spontaneous erections are increased from boosting testosterone (naturally), from contentment and such things as getting enough of this.
