​Diet to Lose Fat and Gain Harder Erections

Whenever I see a green leaf - I think I must eat it - as it is natural viagra!


Why is it good for erections to eat green vegetables or salad leaves? 
Green leaf vegetables, celery and beetroot, to name a few, are powerful for our erections due to the nitrates they contain, which when mixed with our saliva begins to be converted to Nitric Oxide.....
It widens the blood vessels - everywhere! So is good for lowering blood pressure. The wider blood vessels allow more blood to pass through. In terms of our sexual response - this means more blood to our penis and with all this extra blood - the merest of stimulus is enough for a great erection to happen!  It is the natural viagra!

In conjunction with erection training
I'm not saying that eating a few greens is the magic medicine! It is however an important factor and combined with all the other things I do (all natural) is responsible for just boosting the results from all the penis exercising and testosterone boosting things that I do! You can get the same, even if you don't do all the other training - eating your greens will give you some improvements and a penis more likely to get hard at any time!  However do note that junk food has been shown to do the exact opposite and potentially reduce blood flow due to stiffer arteries,  Soft arteries are good for stiff penises - but Stiff arteries means softer erections!

Even if you don't like them - disguise them in your other food and in a few days the accumulative effects may be enjoyed!
The motivator to not eat the cake and eat the vegetable instead has to be strong otherwise the cake will win every time. 

Cake actually harms blood flow - not lots, but it accumulates. Green leaves improve blood flow.

The cake will bring short term happiness whilst eating -  but long term misery.  Leave the cake and focus upon the long term happiness that you'll be gaining. Happiness with feeling lighter and a stronger erection due to your whole body being fitter and in optimal health - primed for erections!
Whatever you do you have to do for the rest of your life - otherwise the weight will just creep back on!
It has to be sustainable.

That said, it can work to lose an initial amount quickly t0 then let a sustainable diet take over, but you need to find what works for you.

This is what I do..... - and something will for you too. 
I would urge you to consider your options and do nothing now that you're not going to be able to do for the rest of your life. for example - I never eat anything with added sugar.  I'll eat fruit or anything with natural sugars - but never anything processed or made with sugar added. 

Find your staple!
This is all about a staple food that is easy for you to get at any given time. If it takes a lot of time to prepare or attain then it wont work as the danger is you'll just go for something else. My staple is lots of porridge two or three times a day - keeps me fuller for longer and controls cholesterol. I'll cook a great bib pot up and then it is there over the next day or two when I like either as a cold dish to take out  with  a few nuts and berries to it  a kind of porridge cake - or if working from home _ I can just warm it up anytime. As a treat I can add some fruit or knob of butter for desert. So you see it easy! Now you have to find what you like and what works for you. Most wholefoods of a similar vein should work well - and you can see what is going into them too. It can be shocking just how much sugar or fat is added to take aways, take outs and shop prepared food.

A varied Diet
I have  a whole varied diet with all different foods, just nothing sugar and limit processed food. That way I can be sure to get all the nutrients my body needs - as I don't eat meat - just fish I eat plenty of nuts and seeds to make up.  This I have done for 10 years  - I feel better for it and will never go back, but it is natural and nothing drastic - some diets can be bad for health!.  So all I've really done is to cut out added sugar and processed foods, and meat, (not for health).  It was all made easy for me because I had such a big motivator (lower down on page)
Plus I eat lots of vegetables - especially green ones - as these really do boost our erection due to all the nitrates they contain - think of it as natural viagra!

What's Your Reason?
Then remember we need a reason - a real strong reason to keep in our mind during those times of weakness - otherwise we simply buckle. What's your motivation - it can be stronger erections - in which case have in mind your throbbing erection - that's what you're doing it for.
Or it may be to feel better - in which case you'll need to spend time imagining feeling better with more energy.
Or it may be to look better - but if so, you need to do it for you - not anyone else
or for your long term health - which especially with Covid is teaching us the slimmer we are the better we fare.

There are many reasons - you really need to pick one - however small or daft it may seem - if it;'s important to you - then that's the one that will do it.

For me it was a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes - which spurred me into action.
​......Since cutting out sugar I now have blood glucose in the normal range and feel so much better - really helps with my low mood. But I was so scared of diabetes that it made it easy for me - I had such a big motivator. 

So before you get into the gritty - some self analysis may pay dividends.
