  1. Stimulate yourself, to the point of near ejaculation
  2. Calm it down and squeeze pelvic floor muscles in a way as to push your semen back down! (this action also helps strengthen your erection muscle) and give future HARDer erections) 
  3. Repeat until in a sexual frenzy!
Please note the sexual frenzy is dependant upon your underlying mood, sexualness, strength of erection muscles and perhaps most importantly a mind/body connection - which all comes through practice!

​Ideas to edge!

Do it when in the right frame of mind. That will differ for all of us - experimentation is key!
Sometimes I'll not start out with the intention to edge - it just begins.
  • Tune into your body
  • Become aware of your breathing
  • Focussing upon your whole body can for some make edging easier to control.

A deeply Erotic State Intensified

Intensify the feelings all into one session using the surfing method. With the feelings never stopping - but building and building into a crescendo - the pleasure can sometimes get too much and we need to cum! 
This amount of time is very individual. It takes me about 30 minutes to begin to get into this deep erotic state and then I may stay there for another 30 minutes. however for some they can get to this point in a few minutes. This was my first filming attempt and is what not to do! I should know no better as I have practiced a lot and I like to think I'm in tune with my body plus have some degree of control of the muscles but my excuse is 
….. I am not use to filming and instructing whilst actually edging - which requires concentration upon not only what I should be explaining but also being in touch with what I’m feeling (so I don’t go too far). This was the first edging film and so I did not focus enough upon me.

The success was not showing a perfect edging session, but for me was cumming twice - as for me really is a rare thing! 
But this does perfectly demonstrate that sometimes particularly when beginning to edge - we can go that bit too far! Practicing is good though!
