There are lots of ways to improve erection quality - all naturally purely be strengthening the body systems that erect your penis. Below are a sample of four videos to give you a flavour of Erection Coaching - enjoy.....

The Penis Erection Exercise - will be here 1 week every month. At other times other things that you can do to strengthen the parts of your body involved in erecting your penis!  A staple exercise to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle - aka your erection muscle!

The following exercise will form the cornerstone of anyone's Erection Kaizen: 
  • a powerful erection improver - strengthening muscles of pelvic floor that make penis more rigid.
  • is easily done - habitually every day, the results are cumulative.
  • ​mind/penis connection. (If you've erection problems that may be psychological in nature  - just contact me and I'll explain how it can help you.)
You may want to see how HARD you can become - or may have erection problems - either way this is a great start to Erection Kaizen.

2 mins is all it takes to naturally boost your testosterone which goes on to effect erection quality which is why it's an integral part of Erection Kaizen!

This is proven to work - It is the wide limbs that actually give the proven physiological response - in hormone levels.  However you can further boost the effects with a relaxation phase, or a sexual phase. Whatever option you choose this is powerful in our quest to have harder, more frequent erections for longer. Something we perhaps took for granted as a teenager, and there lies the reason why this is step 2 in erection Kaizen - as what else is plentiful when we're a teenager - testosterone. 


This works on so many different levels - if you're interested then have a chat with me about it - but trust me this is great - but the effects are cumulative, so you need to be doing it everyday - but we can all spare ourself 2 minutes! Plus this will set you up for the day - or help you cope during your day. There's a clue as to why it works on many levels as it is your time out to get connected to the sexual you - even if for just 2 minutes, the sexual thoughts (with practice) will  continue into your day to further boost your testosterone levels.2 mins is all it takes to naturally boost your testosterone which goes on to effect erection quality which is why it's an integral part of Erection Kaizen!

Something different – the penis swing. This is more powerful than you may at first realise. 
I don't want to bore you with all the details now - but trust me - this can be effective at helping both the physical and psychological aspects of the erection process - in a nice lighthearted way. 

The aim of the Penis Swing is to
  • feel free
  • not gain an erection. 
That's it pure and simple!

Smile Power!
This was one of my very  first videos made for my Youtube channel - before .ErectionDr.com (After a few years YouTube removed it though)
  • Recently came across it again - and thought it perfectly reinforces the relaxation aspect.of erection coaching
A blast from the past…..
First time I got an erection whilst filming and as you’ll see totally surprised - so surprised I didn’t know what to do.  ... thought it may add to what we are doing here as it enforces the merits of happiness -  forced happiness too - I am tricking my body and mind - with a forced smile, it may be a fake smile but who cares if it produces these results! 

No tricks or fancy techniques - just a simple smile - and nurturing a glow inside. That really is all it was - and that's why I'd urge you to have a go. If it doesn't happen for you - don't worry it will with a bit of practice - especially in combination with developing sexualness through mind/body connection and testosterone boosting X Pose.  The power of a smile - to get an erection whilst concentrating upon making a video took me by surprise. Try it yourself it can really work - especially if you don’t overthink it - stay relaxed.

No expectation just relaxation
​A tip - never expect an erection - just focus upon your body - deep inside - and that’s what can begin the happiness/relaxation effect - as proven in this video - as I never set out to get a hands free erection purely from a smile (as the video shows) - and that was why I maybe got one - no expectation just relaxation. 

Relaxation and a smile - absolutely great for good erections.
