A Sexual Run
This is me showing one way - how we can use activity to help us feel more sexual males. It is all about appreciating every part of us and how we feel about ourself and this includes sexual feelings. For me I chose a sexual run - and in the clip below - a naked run, however it can be a naked walk or sexual walk or bike ride!
Why combine activity with sexualness?

- Doing it out doors - with daylight boosts testosterone

This is one way I lcan now pull it back - the penis/erection aka pelvic floor exercise pushes more blood into my penis - making it swell up and get bigger - now too big for the skin to cover.
