Why is penile elasticity important ?
makes it easier for more blood to enter the penis 
the more the penis can become engorged with blood
the bigger it will be 
the harder it will be

This also helps more blood enter the flaccid penis - resulting in a bigger soft non erect penis - all from penile elasticity improvements.

A Sexual Run

On a slightly naked sexual run! (video available in Sexercise)
This is me showing one way - how we can use activity to help us feel more sexual males. It is all about appreciating every part of us and how we feel  about ourself and this includes sexual feelings. For me I chose a sexual run - and in the clip below - a naked run, however it can be a naked walk or sexual walk or bike ride! ​

Why combine activity with sexualness?
  • Being active boosts our feel good factor - endorphins
  • Doing it out doors - with daylight boosts testosterone
  • Being sexual - helps us on so many physical and psychological levels - too many to discuss here - I do that in other pages.
  • All three combined - activity - daylight - sexualness will send your testosterone levels soaring!
​Oh and will increase blood flow to your penis too!

A slightly different Activity..
​....Foreskin retraction!
retracting foreskin using pelvic floor exercise to pump up penis, make it swell more and thus push foreskin back to reveal glans hands free
Once we've got more blood to the penis - with all the blood flow improvements from erection coaching
and improved penis elasticity
and strengthened erection muscle - aka pelvic floor muscles -
we can use this extra force, length or hardness for all sorts of things. I'm sure you'll have plenty of ideas! here i use it to retract my foreskin...

Using Penis/Erection exercises to retract foreskin.
I can be erect and still have the foreskin covering my glans - unless I pull it back. 
This is one way I lcan now pull it back - the penis/erection aka pelvic floor exercise pushes more blood into my penis - making it swell up and get bigger - now too big for the skin to cover.

Why?
