Pelvic Floor Erection: pelvic floor muscle + strength = HARD erection


​I refer to the pelvic floor erection exercise simply as the penis/erection exercise. -to make it clear it's an exercise to train the muscles that support a strong erection.  Erection muscle Exercise Videos are below

We are strengthening your pelvic floor erection muscles for future HARDer erections - not at the time of exercising.
However if an erection does happen, then absolutely brilliant, but never expect at early stages in the training or indeed if at all anxious, tired or stressed - as honestly - it's never going to happen without significant mind training to accompany (unless of course you're a natural at it that is!)

  Once you're familiar with the techniques above to control your erection, penis or sensations - build upon the effects for some nice times!  They don't have to be leading to anything sexual - but instead will lead to a deep connection with yourself and a powerful way to exercise your erection muscle.

Why?: they turn an exercise regime that you have already learnt above into a nice play time for yourself - where you will focus more upon the sensations as opposed to the act of exercising. This is the way I mostly do my pelvic floor exercising  - as it then does not feel like an exercise but instead feels like play time or relax time! - and can be done, anywhere clothed!

Have a go at these and choose one to do daily for a minimum of 20 seconds. If you can take this up to 2o minutes and beyond then brilliant, but I set this at 20 seconds - so that you have no excuses to not do it. Every one of us can spare our penis 20 seconds of devotion - and this is exactly that -  time to really connect and exercise your penis, your sexual response and bring things back to what's important. The cumulative side effect is to feel more sexual and less stressed.

This is what I, erectiondr.com, feels:  (you may get something different, but I bet just as exciting.
It starts off with a tightening of ‘things’ inside me. Then comes an awareness of my prostate. Then as I carry on a connection as if my penis, testicles, anus and prostate are all one! ...Then as I continue  - I get that sexual glow.. Now if I’m stressed it will.. (missing text  - for full version follow link below) ..more sexual. So sexual that it begins to feel more intense - so intense like that ejaculation feeling. Then it actually feels  though I may ejaculate!  Now the interring thing here is the first time this intensity was reached - was with a cont ..here.  for members . ...........I had the most powerful experience I can recall in public!   Let’s break it down why this happened. - as this is a big clue to helping with psychological aspects of the erection process. It was late at night I was all missing text cont ..here for members
